Bookings

Bookings are essential, we work on a by appointment only schedule.

You can make bookings for INDIVIDUALS | COUPLES | GROUPS.

Payments

50% payment is required to secure your booking with balance being due 96 hrs prior to treatments.

Cancellations

For single or double massage bookings a minimum of 48 hours notice needs to be given.

For massage groups of 3 or more…. 96 hours notice is required.

Less than these times will incur full payment of the total price.

In the event of being covid-positive or having flu-like symptoms our policy applies for all clients as follows:

Treatments and deposits paid will be carried over for a period of up to 6 months with 10% rebooking fee, and we look forward to hosting you as soon as you are feeling well again.

It is the responsibility of the bookee (client) to ensure mobile treatments are admissible at their accomodation location. Last minute cancellations due to not ensuring this will incur a 100% fee.

Behaviour

Intoxification, substance abuse and/or abusive behaviour towards our staff will not be tolerated.

We have the right to terminate treatments under such circumstances.
